they provided me with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a water heater to a coffee machine. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a train station nearby that allowed easy access to the city center. In just 20 minutes, I could be downtown and exploring all that Amsterdam has to offer. The concierge and manager were also very accommodating, particularly in addressing an issue I had with a rude member of the restaurant staff.
Despite this one negative encounter, the overall experience at Boutique Apartments Amsterdam exceeded my expectations.
